A Divine Appointment
In July 2019, we were invited to train the Executive Branch of the Ethiopian government in leadership development. When asked by a key Ethiopian leader, “What is the best leadership training?” we had to say Transformational Leadership by Ford Taylor. Over the years, we have had a very close alignment with Ford and the Transformational Leadership team and have used the leadership principles in our ministry and as part of our core curriculum for community leaders.
What a privilege it was to train 150 of Ethiopia’s top government officials in biblically-based leadership principles that work.
We look forward to all that is to come with Transformational Leadership in the Horn of Africa.
